I have been a keen harmonica player since my College days. In 1994 I founded a band called ‘Lonesome Whistle’. Then in 1996 I joined forces with ex Fleetwood Mac bassist Bob Brunning to form the De Luxe Blues Band.
Bob retired in 2004 and I formed a new band Buffalo Bill’s Blues in 2006 which continues to this day. In 2006 I met music journalist and author Charles Shaar Murray and formed a duo with him, working with blues and jazz poet John Sinclair, and then a four piece band called Crosstown Lightnin.
