This is in essence a homage to that troubled Fairy Painter Richard Dadd, whose jewel of a painting in Tate Britain ‘The Fairy Fella’s Master Stroke’, is packed with creatures both human and mythical.
At the top left is Mother Earth (My wife Rachel) whose look of concern mirrors the struggle Earth has at present with its ecology. Of course this should be tempered with the fact that the cosmological faces that act on the earth are omnipotent and global warming is but a pin prick compared with the energy of our own sun.
