This was drawn from elements taken from the surroundings of the house I live in at Drinkstone in Suffolk.
The tree is one in Rattlesden Road that had been struck by lightning. The other elements come from rural photographs. The signpost is based on a real one in the wilds of Somerset, as is the barn.
This picture shows the continuing influence of my surroundings in Suffolk.
